Patient Education

This is a very critical part of successful rehabilitation. We feel the more our patients know about their injury/pain, what has caused it and how we correct those things, the better equipped they are to manage it. This is in conjunction to our hands on treatment which can speed up the recovery process.

Manual Therapy

These are hands on treatment techniques used to

Exercise Therapy

Specific exercises are designed to

  • Restore optimal balance in how muscles control joint movement, and as a result restore optimum mechanics at the joint and reduce pain

  • We use video technology to teach and restore normal movement mechanics in the body

  • We also integrate evidence backed, clinical neuroscience based treatments to help chronic/ persistent pain clients

Intramuscular Stimulation (Dry Needling)

The use of very fine needles inserted into trigger points/ knots within muscles that feel tender on palpation to

  • Alleviate muscular tightness and spasm which commonly occur before or after an injury

  • Improve the flexibility of the muscle

  • Reduce pain in the muscle

  • Improve strength in the muscle

  • Several trigger points can be treated in a session to address common conditions such as muscle tension/spasms, headaches, scar tissue removal, tendon related pain/bursitis and more

Massage Therapy

This can also be a very important part of soft tissue rehabilitation after injury and with chronic pain syndromes. Registered Massage Therapists work very closely with other professionals in our team to obtain optimum results with our patients. The benefits of Massage Therapy can be
